Amazing!

I opened the word and i felt like so many things were just standing out for me....

so I'll share just a few:

James 4:8
Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Hebrews 12:14
make every effort to live in peace with ALL men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the LORD. See to it that no one misses the GRACE of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.

Something else that I've been thinking about lately.... is intention.... how many things do I do intentionally and how many things do I do just because... or I wasn't thinking - I just acted...
I want to intentionally speak words of encouragement, intentionally love people, intentionally give thanks - but I am at a constant struggle with myself... may the fear of man not stop me from pursuing what I know is better...

You know? sometimes the Word is so clear it's amazing... other times it's so unclear and confusing... I guess I'm thankful when God opens my eyes to see His word clearly...
