my vacation is half over already... can you believe it? well... it always happens this way... time flies and i still have papers to grade and lessons to plan and books to read. ugh. it's so easy to waste time and watch tv all day.

so perhaps today I will try to not turn the tv on at all. i know it's possible... then I'll get some work done. =)

yesterday, my MIL arrived safely home. =) the news is that all is getting better in the Motherland and that her sister is feeling better. Let's continue to pray for her health... we took the typical family photos at the airport and at the home and we pigged out on kim bab and o-deng soup and then had korean pear and cake. What a yummy dinner and dessert!

So now that they're back - ja and I can start planning our trip to Cali... San Fran - here we come!

gotta book tix and then find a hotel =) nice...
