Wow! I've learned how to put pics on my blog! yeah!

So I was thinking of enlarging the photo with the stone path and putting it above my piano... what do you think? I wish that in this photo the trees were green - but what can I do - I took it in the fall I guess...

I debating whether I should blow up some other photos too... and put them above the couch but I feel like they're kinda random...

I should probably have a theme to the photos above the couch... it would be weird to put up pictures of people although those are some of my better shots... anyway

i'll keep practicing until i take a nice shot of something i like in order to put it up in the home... =)

maybe I should enlarge the photo of the urn at the breakers to put above the piano.... but why would I want a huge urn .... even though it's a nice photo... hmmm

oh well I'm just an amateur photographer...

I opened the word and i felt like so many things were just standing out for me....

so I'll share just a few:

Something else that I've been thinking about lately.... is intention.... how many things do I do intentionally and how many things do I do just because... or I wasn't thinking - I just acted...
I want to intentionally speak words of encouragement, intentionally love people, intentionally give thanks - but I am at a constant struggle with myself... may the fear of man not stop me from pursuing what I know is better...

You know? sometimes the Word is so clear it's amazing... other times it's so unclear and confusing... I guess I'm thankful when God opens my eyes to see His word clearly...

May all of you have a blessed day and intentionally love and care for those around you... make every moment count!

Good Mornin'

So I haven't written in forever... I apologize once again...

there's not much to say lately...school's out! yipee! I'm trying to get refocused on a bunch of things which kind of means that I'm all over the place...

gotta toothache/gumache - going to see the magical dentist today - she's the best dentist in the whole world! she's squeezing me in.... or rather - she's staying late.... so hopefully I don't have to get oral surgery... pray that it's something she can handle so I don't have to be sent off to some scary oral surgeon. =(

what else? hmmm.... not much - I have to prepare for my tutoring session today - it should be fun - read some of the lion the witch and the wardrobe by CS Lewis, learn about monitoring while reading, do some fun word sorts to improve vocabulary, read a newpaper article to increase background knowledge and then work on some math word problems. Hopefully that will take up an hour and a half.... we'll see how it goes...

gotta catch up on some reading - I'm reading Eats Shoots and Leaves - it's pretty funny and entertaining - it's about punctuation... there are a couple of funny examples to prove the importance of punctuation:

A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Lynne Truss talks about how people misuse apostrophes all the time - like in supermarkets and advertisements... it's kind of funny how we become so used to it that we hardly pay attention to misuse of punctuation

But it's a good book to read and learn from, I totally have to brush up on my grammar before school starts again.

Anyway - this is becoming a boring blog so I'll write again when I have something more entertaining or exciting to share...
